(including coordination skills such as hops, jumps, handstands, back bends, front and back rolls, & seat and knee drops)

       Beginners Level 1

(including skills such as rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs, and beginner back handsprings)

       Intermediate I Level 1/2

(including skills such as back handsprings and roundoff back handsprings)

       Intermediate II Level 2

(including skills such as series back handsprings and roundoff back tucks, etc.)

       Advanced Level 3/4

(including skills such as roundoff handspring back tucks, alternates, and layouts, etc.)

       Elite Level 5

(including skills such as standing back tuck, layout full twist, layout double full twist, and alternates)

       Obscure

(tumbling such as walkovers, front punches, cartwheel back tucks, etc.)
